NIMAS has established its credibility through quality education backed by academic rigour with industry focused curricula and practical hands-on training on professional etiquette through the Finishing School Modules. The Power Packed Personality & Placement Grooming Module , supported by learning through language lab has enhanced the employability of our students. They are groomed as action leaders with positive attitude through innovative methods to add value to the organization by being achievers in the face of any adversity. NIMAS takes all initiatives for competency development of the students to exert high performance. 

Our esteemed recruiters  are able to undertake on-campus recruitment through a stream-lined process of registrations, presentations and selection. The students attend presentations, are interviewed and recruited for full time employment, part time employment, internships and Industrial exposure training.

Employers appreciate the fact that the graduates from this college have gone through an intensive ongoing Personality Development Programme. This ensures that they are equipped to face interviews confidently.​

Though the students graduate only in June, Campus Recruitment for the Final Year students starts in the month of September the previous year and ends in April.

Several companies from India and overseas visited the campus and the students have been placed in various rewarding positions.
