Its multi-disciplinary programme focuses on critical analysis of management styles & strategic thinking required to succeed in hotel management.

Eligibility Criteria
Passed or appeared in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (CBSE, ISC, A Levels or any other equivalent Board examination) with English as a compulsory subject are preferred. Students who are due to appear for Class XII final exams/awaiting results may be given provisional admission depending on their CET score. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.

FIRST YEAR: Food Production & Patisserie-I, Food & Beverage Service -I, Front Office Operations, Accommodation Operation, Computer Fundamentals, Food Costing, Nutrition & Food Science, Hotel French I, Introduction to Accounting, English Communication, Food Production & Patisserie-II, Food & Beverage Service -II.
SECOND YEAR: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, Accommodation Operation, Hotel Engineering, Hotel Accountancy, Hotel and Business Law, Business Communication, English Communication, Industrial Training (6 Months), Project Work.
THIRD YEAR: Advanced Food Production & Patisserie, HR Management & Hotel Laws, Financial Management, Facility Planning, F & B Management, Sales and Marketing, English Communication, Research Projects.
